SOLAR Cable
Solar cables are among the most important components of any photovoltaic (PV) system.
They ensure the connection between the solar installation and the electrical grid, so the generated solar energy can either be fed into the network or used for self-consumption.
Photovoltaic cables also link the individual solar modules to each other and to the inverter, which converts the generated direct current (DC) into alternating current (AC). This guarantees that the produced energy can be utilized efficiently and safely.
It is important to note that solar cables must meet specific safety requirements. Because of the high voltages and currents, they must be particularly resistant to environmental effects—for example UV radiation—and must maintain their functionality even under extreme temperature conditions.

PVC Flexible Cables
Flexible or highly flexible cables are ideal for internal wiring of devices and switchgear cabinets, as well as for connecting electrical equipment.
These cables are designed to withstand frequent movement, bending or vibration while ensuring a reliable electrical connection.

Function-Retaining (Fire-Resistant) Cables
Function-retaining, or fire-resistant, cables include both power and telecommunication cables specially designed for safety cable systems that must maintain electrical power supply or signal transmission even in the event of a fire.
These cables are manufactured in accordance with DIN 4102 Part 12 and are used in buildings where high levels of personal safety and asset protection are required, or where particularly strict safety standards apply.
Typical Applications
- Hospitals, nursing homes, schools – where uninterrupted operation of alarm systems, lighting and communication is essential during evacuation.
- Industrial facilities, shopping centers, public buildings – where large crowds or high-value equipment are present.
- Escape routes and safety systems, such as fire alarms, smoke extraction systems, emergency lighting and sprinkler control.

Low-Voltage Cables
Low-voltage cables—together with medium-voltage cables and overhead lines—belong to the group of high-power (strong-current) cables.
Their primary role is to deliver electrical energy to end users at the final stage of the distribution network, after the last transformer station where the voltage is stepped down from medium to low voltage.
Operation and Voltage Level
The typical rated voltage of low-voltage cables is 0.6/1 kV (600/1000 volts).
These cables connect the medium-voltage network to the consumer's electrical system—supplying electricity to family homes, apartment buildings, industrial facilities, public institutions and commercial properties.

Medium-Voltage Cables
Medium-voltage cables are designed for the safe transmission of electrical energy between 6 kV and 30 kV in the distribution network, connecting substations with end users.
Their conductors are made of high-purity copper or aluminium, and they feature XLPE insulation with excellent electrical strength.
The outer sheath is made of UV- and weather-resistant polyethylene, while copper tape or wire shielding ensures uninterrupted power transmission.
Key advantages include long service life, low energy loss, and maintenance-free operation.
Typical applications are in industrial facilities, urban distribution networks, power plants, and in the power supply of large-scale, high-energy-demand halls.

Telecommunication Cables and Wires
Thanks to their symmetrical structure, telecommunication (Fernmelde) cables and wires have low attenuation losses, which enables high data transmission speeds and reliable signal transfer.
